IMPACT20 FAST | January 5–25, 2026 (20 Days)
Impact20 is more than a food fast. It is a season of stewardship. For 20 days, we will fast and spend four weeks in Bible Study learning how to honor God by caring for what He has entrusted to us. As we remove distractions and practice discipline, we will focus on strengthening our bodies, our families, our finances, and our church community.
Fast Guidelines
No fried foods
No sweets or desserts
No sugary drinks: (sodas, sweet tea, energy drinks; instead drink water, herbal teas, and 100% juice only)
Limit meat all day: (lean proteins only: fish, chicken, turkey; no pork or beef for 20 days)
Social media: limit or pause use to create more space for prayer, worship, and meaningful connection with God
Finances: fast from unnecessary spending and redirect resources toward saving, debt reduction, or sowing into the church
Negativity: guard your words and thoughts; choose gratitude, encouragement, prayer, and invitation over complaining or gossip

Daily morning prayer (personal and corporate) via Facebook MinistryHub Page or YouTube
Stay connected to the 4-part Deeper Dive Bible Study series
Serve by getting connected to a ministry and using your gifts for God’s glory
Weekly Focus
Week 1: Impact Starts With Me – Personal discipline
Week 2: Impact in My House – Family and relationships
Week 3: Impact in My Church – Serving and giving
Week 4: Impact in My Community – Outreach and evangelism
This fast is about being filled again, aligning our lives with God, and allowing Him to produce lasting impact through us.
